Treatment plans are personalized and directly promote overall health and well-being, often utilizing lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, supplements, and other interventions to support the body's natural healing processes.

We are a virtual wellness center; all appointments are via video or phone.
Below are the functional medicine appointment rates for each of our clinicians and practitioners.

New Client Appointment: $250
Any time spent over the scheduled time will be billed at 15-min. prorated increments. Includes:
60-minute video or phone appointment, depending on the complexity of your case
Comprehensive review of your history, current and past medical concerns
Initial lab recommendations are discussed, and some basic recommendations are given
Follow Up Appointments
Established clients can schedule appointments at the following rates. Any time spent over the scheduled time will be billed at 15 min prorated increments.
$250 – 60-min video or phone appointment
$150 – 30-min video or phone appointment for existing patients only

Our Financial Policy
Our team is passionate about what we do and the time we spend with you to help you improve your health. Currently, we are not accepting Medicare, commercial, or supplemental insurances.
We look forward to assisting you with your wellness needs. If you wish to work with us, you are choosing to do so outside of your insurance coverage. We understand financial limitations if you need to seek out other providers that accept Medicare or commercial insurance for reimbursement.
Why We Do Not Accept Medicare/Commercial Insurance
When providers bill Medicare and commercial insurers they are required to become a participating provider. This requires the provider to contractually agree to follow a conventional standard of care limiting the amount of time we can spend with you, the number of visits, and established fees. Conventional care is based on providing a quick fix for symptoms (typically medication).
We choose to go above and beyond the standard level of care and do what’s right for our guests.
In functional medicine, we look for root cause to naturally reduce or eliminate symptoms long term by correcting the problem. This takes time. Think of it as your journey to optimizing your health.
